there needs to be a dedicated button we can use to delete products off of the list. i run into issues where some of the items can be removed and others don't have the option. we would need this to save us from completely redoing the visual quote every time there is a change.

Be able to see a breakdown of how much time has been spent for labor hours for each phase of the job, not just the total labor hours for the project. Would be great to see the "wheel" for the phase you're in, AND the project as a whole. Example - 14hrs allocated in "Rough/Pre-wire" phase and have used 2.5hrs of travel and 6hrs of install.

We would like to do more with Visual Plans but the current state is lacking control. At this moment we can only rotate, resize, and toggle coverage of icons. These are a few features we would like to see: • Being able to update and make changes to an item's images and icons through the Visual. • Allow us to upload and use our own icons. • Remove the white background that is applied to an item's image/icon when an item is added onto the Visual. An option to change the opacity and fill color of the background would at least be better. The same goes for the outlines of images and icons. • The ability to flip icons horizontal/vertical. • Individually adjusting an item's image/icon sizes instead of the current setting that applies to all items. These features would make working with Visuals a whole lot better.

I come from using smart office and design machine, I am missing the drawings and cable package big time! Cable schedules, floor plan mark ups and line drawings please. Visual quoting is not sufficient for layouts and is slow and clunky to use

PDF imports need a scale functions so 100 feet = 100 feet for design.

Would like the ability to draw cable pathways in Plan View

Allow icons for packages on drawings. Industry standard and custom. Funny thing that I was asked to request this because I am almost positive it used to be a feature. I had an office building with a bunch of data drops with the Triangle icon. Went back about a month later and try were gone. Strange.

The ability to create a legend we can save to place on the plans so the customer knows what each of the items on the plan is. Ex: TV Prewire, Speaker Prewire, Shade Prewire, etc.

If your company utilizes packages which includes wiring, if a change order is made, the wire will be deleted unless you only modify certain items within your package. This presents new issues, such as having to modify the entire package to represent the new items, which then is no longer linked to a package in your Library. PLEASE allow either locking of items in Visio, replacing items with new ones, or a dynamic programming which understands when wires/items are replaced with the same item and wont be deleted.

Option to display individual products in a package on a drawing. At this time, only one icon representing the whole package will display on the drawing.
