Definitely should be prioritized here. For large projects that require many pages of legal text, having the embedded data field is a game changer for time, liability, and professionalism.

yesssssssss. I rename every single email before it goes out.
I change my company name to our shorter name, and then i cut off the end of the subject (the last few words i forget what it says), and i replace it with the name of the job - version number.
and on that note, sending out change orders - the subject always says proposal instead of change order. i correct that, and put in the project and rev name there too.
anddddd when they accept a change order, they get an email saying that the PROPOSAL has been won, even though its a change order.

While still an interesting one, we have not prioritized this one as high as some of the other planned features

Hello everyone and thank you for voting! We are in the process of redesigning our text sections and this has been included in our efforts. I will keep you posted as we make progress on this item. Thank you!

A use case for this is to be able to put data field names, interspersed with text, within a paragraph section like this:
"This proposal defines the products and services that will be provided to {Customer_Name}, herein referred to as “the customer,” to upgrade his home automation system at {Customer_Address}. "
There have been times where I forgot to change the name and address to the customer in the current proposal. I don't think it would be too hard to do.
