This solution needs a mobile app for techs. Via mobile phone or tablet app. Desperately. This would be a huge help for our techs and for PM and operations people to be able to pull up job planning, scheduling, To Do info on the fly. the mobile app would subtract a massive amount of time spent from techs waiting for browser to load and navigating through clunky mobile browser interface.

Not to mention this would be a huge multiple in evaluation for D-Tools cloud solution.

Any update on the app? Web option for mobile is unusable.

This is a no brainer - I have all kinds of software for my installers and they are aghast we spent money anything that doesn't have an app

I agree an app is needed. My field techs say the platform is very slow and clunky on an iPad Pro in the field even with fibre to the home connection

do we have any sort of ETA on the mobile app, if any? Can we at least know if it is planned? The cloud website is nearly non-functional on an iPad...

Or at least a useable version for the phone...
