This really needs to be done. I have multiple recurring fees, such as security monitoring, cloud storage, etc. You can't set these up in Service, as the system only allows one service plan to be accepted. I would think it would be fairly easy to duplicate the service plan section and rename it Monthly fees, or whatever to allow for these fees. And allow more than one fee to be added. This severely degraded my attempt to get away from multiple software's we were using.

i think this is coming soon with service contracts module.

I've just added "MRC Fees" as a separate section of the quote and added the MRC items as part of that section. It's not the best but is a workaround for now. The MRC items are tied back to the items in QuickBooks that does the actual monthly billing.
