Hello. Are you planning to allow at least a basic API to get quotation value, status, task, and all related to customer communication, to integrate in personalized Apps or Controls System interfaces?
Something cool Its to integrate a push into the Home Control app after a service its quoted, and let the customer get a one user interface in the Home Control App. Also for my company for example we have CRM App for our customers, we love to integrate D-tools in our own app. This will let us have our personal notification as company and d-tools quotes pending, approved or cancel payments, etc for a amazing transparency and simplicity moving away the email of the equation.

This is really needed! We don't use the PO/billing portions of D-Tools Cloud, as we use the same software as our larger company that is outside the AV world. We currently have to "Export to CSV" then run a conversion tool to get it into our other software. There is not even an "Export to CSV" command on the Service module.

I see this keeps getting asked for. Do you really not have API integrations for our back end systems like Autotask? Zappier would work fine. I may have to switch systems as we do not want to double enter all of our quotes.

Any update on an API for Cloud?
We fully understand that it is substantial effort to provide integrations with all the various potential software people might use, but an API for your tools would allow us to at least make our own integrations.
Would be happy to be an API beta tester, even!

Cant believe they have no open API. We moved to XTEN for our bigger projects since it has a API & zoho integration

This should be the most upvoted feature request. The problem is that there are so many versions of this feature request, each with their own set of votes so it doesn't properly represent how many people are truly interested in this.

We have talked about the idea of opening up our API for public integration use. However, we are focused on building out the project execution phase and then the service phase next. We most likely won't an integration like this until this work is done, and then we would have to discuss what level of detail to go with this integration

Nick - D-Tools Cloud PM: Nick any update on this?? This is really unheard of in 2022 for a SAAS solution.. Your competitors will leave you in the dust without this or Zapier, or something to allow us to integrate into our OWN backend systems.
